**Paul Asay-Great job on this year's Age-Group Nationals finish!  Paul traveled to Portland, Oregon to compete against the best in the Nation and represent Forward Motion Athletics.   

**Congrat's to Aaron Gadberry**

Aaron ran the Columbus Marathon with a finishing time of 3:25:06!  He also finished in the top 16% of men at the race.  Way to go Gadberry!

 

 **Way to go Mike and Tony**

Mike and Tony both set PR's at the 2009 Indy Mini.  Mike ran the half marathon in 1:25, and Tony dropped over 4mins from his previous PR!

Both Paul and Ryan qualified for Age-Group Nationals. Ryan also qualified for Long-Course Nationals with a 4:34 1/2 Iron.
