The athlete's success at Forward Motion Athletics is the direct result of personalized written workouts that correspond to an individual's strengths, weaknesses, daily/weekly schedule, background, goals, and lifestyle.  Workouts are written with day-by-day instructions and goals that are updated either weekly or bi-weekly.  Email and telephone contact is encouraged weekly.  Travel and other family commitments are taken into account, and fun is also encouraged.  Need more info about the coaches?   Click Here

IV.  Multi-Athlete Training Sessions    

Training sessions can be combined with groups.  Get a group together, give us a call, and we'll be there!!  These services can be used for swim instruction, bicycle mechanics and technique, transition clinics, etc.  Discounts available.
